So if you choose the Special Delivery Next Day service, this does not mean the item will be dispatched next day - this is just the Royal Mail delivery option selected. See below:
If you choose the 1st Class Signed For service, the jewellery is not insured and therefore will not be replaced or refunded if lost in the post.
If you select the Special Delivery service, this is an insured service and therefore a replacement or refund will be given if the item is lost in the post. Special Delivery is not guaranteed to arrive on Saturday - Saturday delivery is available but at an extra cost.
Both the delivery options require a signature.
TLK cherubs will be sent out using Standard 1st Class post.
As all pieces are handmade to order, orders can take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days, if not quicker. If you require them for a specific date, please contact us first to make sure we can deliver within your deadline.
TLK will endeavour to send out to international addresses. Postage will be added accordingly.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
TLK conforms to the standard The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 - CCRs for short. This means:
In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days, as of the date the returned jewellery is received along with proof of purchase. The items must be complete, unworn and still in their original packaging. Refunds will only be processed once the jewellery is returned or proof of postage has been supplied.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned pierced earrings.
Please use a Signed For service to return your product as we cannot be responsible if the product is lost in the post. TLK will only refund return postage costs if the items are faulty.
Engraved or bespoke stamped items are considered personalised and so are non-refundable.
Due to the personalised nature of the TLK cherubs range, we are unable to offer a refund unless the product is faulty.
You (the customer) have right to cancel an order from the moment you place your order until 14 days after the day you receive it. You then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. Please email or call us to notify us that you wish to cancel your order immediately so that it can be processed in a timely manner.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary, ie, TLK reserves the right to inspect the returned jewellery before issuing a refund or credit note.

Payment can be made by credit & debit card, Paypal, or bank transfer. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received and cleared.
Payments must be made at the time of purchase. If payment is not made at that point, TLK reserve the right to cancel the order. If you need more time, please feel free to contact us.
For sizing your TLK cherubs , please wrap a piece of cord loosely around your child's wrist or neck for the length needed - please remember to leave enough space for the beads, a finger either side of the wrist should be fine! Do not hesitate to contact me should you need any further information.
If you do not know your ring size, it can be measured by a jeweller using standard British measurements. Most jewellers are happy to do this free of charge. PLEASE NOTE: I size to the middle of the ring - you may need to provide this information to whoever takes your ring size.
Alternatively, please email me and I will send you a free ring sizer to establish the correct size.
If you are used to wearing rings, you may have noticed that your finger size can change dependent on how hot or cold you are. It’s therefore best to take the measurement when your hands are at neither extreme. When hands are hot, knuckles will swell and rings can take more effort to remove, and the opposite when fingers are cold. Even if your hands are hot when you are measured, once it’s over the knuckle, a ring should not feel tight. It should also not be so loose that slips off when hands are cold or wet.
Where a re-size is necessary, Tanya is happy to do the work free of charge but will need to charge for the postage to return the ring to you. All the information will come out with your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information on getting your sizing correct.
On the rare occasion that pieces made by TLK requires repair, Tanya will return the repaired jewellery as quickly as possibly. After receiving the jewellery she will contact you with a quote for the work required. If it is due to bad workmanship on Tanya’s part then there will be no charge but if it is due to any circumstances beyond TLK’s control, there may be a minimal charge.
TLK is happy to take on any other jewellery repairs, for example, re-stringing of beads and pearls, re-placing and re-setting stones, ring re-sizing, adding charms onto bracelets and jewellery cleaning. Minimum charge for any work under taken is £5.00 plus postage. Please contact for quotes and any further information.
